XD that's me while writing this!
AHOY CHICAS! =D

I started my first job about 2 weeks ago and all I have to say is: wow work is hard 0.o
I'm working in a small but popular clothes shop.
I'm tired after working for about 3 hours, mostly cause I'm bored and my feet hurt :/
I like the music in the shop and sing along, which I know gets on my co-workers nerves :P

It's mimimum wage but I really need the money and I'm on holiday so trying to work as much
as possible before I go back to uni :)

The people are very friendly, except one of them.
She is a bitch, she can't stand me and thinks I'm her little slave.
HELLO? we have the same job, don't pass on your responsibilities to me!

The weatherforcast says it'll be 15 Degrees with "Sunny Intervals" tomorrow, that's good :)

I am currently re-reading NEW MOON <3
My fav of all the Twilight books!

I strongly believe that most women in this world hate on each other.
It's something I feel almost every day and it's hard to find women who not only
love themselves but also love others around them.
Because of this I really wanted to show you guys women that I absolutely LOVE =D

Miss Eliza

Eliza constantly astounds me, Not only is she beautiful, talented but she's funny and
a real tomboy too! She can do no wrong in my eyes.
Most of you may know her from Buffy/Angel or maybe even Tru Calling. She's also in the new amazing
series Dollhouse.

Miss Danielle

Winner of America's Next Top Model Cycle 6 this girl is hella funny! :D
She also has a gap in her tooth, which she decided to reduce a little to help her modeling career.
She is mayor FIERCE, can work any runway and has a beautiful soul!

Miss Emily

I LURVE this girl.
I think she is beautiful and sassy! Her personal style is CRAZY GOOD and
she seems to have the perfect balance between personal life and her work.
Go Miss Emily!

Miss Scarlet

HOT HOT HOT
I love how she embraces her curves. She's an amazing actress and just stunning
in every role she does! Her photoshoots usually resemble those of a model rather than
an actress :D

Miss Billie

RIDICULOUSLY GOOD LOOKING and in all the wrong ways. She has special
features in her face but she works it! I also love that she's British and down to earth.
She was the reason I watched Doctor Who!

Miss Sandra

Funny, down to earth and all round lovely! I just saw an interview with
her back at the height of her career (when Speed came out) and she was so humble and
talked about everything like it was the most amazing thing :D
She is stunning from both the inside and the outside! <3

Miss Mama

I loff my Mama, she is my biggest role model and my constant shoulder.
She has shown me that being myself is beautiful and okay :)

Really dissapointed with Supernatural's last 2 episodes :(
what was up with Dean's Hitler hair? XD

Loving Dollhouse, really hope this show gets another series, cause 12 episodes just isn't enough!
I especially love Paul and Mellie and think Topher (?) is funny as hell! :D
Come on Joss give us another episode like "Man On The Street"!!

I know I should be focusing on exams but Superatural's back!! :D

Supernatural 4x11

wow, what a scary episode.
I guess it didn't help that I watched it at midnight :P

when she crossed the salt line? dude I was freaking out.
It reminded me of The Ring (still haven't seen it but ya'll know the
whole coming out of the tv screen right?)

and then the brother? Cool twists.

Not a lot of funny bits, but then again it wasn't that kind of an episode.
Oh there was one, the "know-it-all" comment Dean made XD
and then the "People,man!"

the last scene, (DEAN DIDN'T EAT! ) kind of wished they had something else then them just standing
next to the car (although visually it looked awesome).
Just felt like it was the same as episode 10, only without the tears and amazing acting.
But then again Dean hurt people for pleasure? That was a cool thing to add.
Wonder how it will effect the finale episodes.

Kinda missing Ruby, really like her and Sam's scenes.
Also wanna see bad-ass Anna (I'm guessing she'll be back)
and our lovely Castiel of course.

Can't wait for next week, I don't watch promos so please no spoilers ;)

EDIT: I realised later I hadn't put this behind a cut. Hope no one got spoiled :(

exam hiatus

Yep yet again it's that time of the year.
I have exams in 3 weeks and coursework due around the same time.

I'm worried about my music theory exam and about my sight-singing exam.
I also have to perform with my bands and sing 4 other songs.
I will have to keep drinking lots of tea and sleeping as much as I can ;^_^

Not much else is going on,it's very cold in London at the moment.
We even had snow on Monday =D

anyone else getting no sleep during the night lately?
I seem to do all my dozing in class, which won't help me pass my subjects ;>__<

This has been bugging me for weeks now.
what the hell has happened to the Twilight fandom?

In only one year the whole thing turned from a following into a cult :/

Let's recap shall we?

November 2007: Yours truly is reading her friends list and stumbles across a post about Eclipse, the third book in the series.
Apparently it's a very good book, better than the second and first. I get intrigued and ask my mother to buy me these three books.

Christmas 2007: I open my books, read them all in a week. I fall in love with the story and the romance. I search online
for any Twilight fans, I find a lovely thing called the Twilight Lexicon and some awesome icons on eljay.

January: I am still obsessed with Twilight and decide to tell everyone else about it. I make fanart, watch videos on youtube.
It's here I discover DREAMTEAM aka Gaspard Ulliel as Edward and Emily Browning as Bella. I like the pair, start a crush on
both actors ^__^
Other Twilight fans who make icons about the book on eljay are hard to find but I find them.
I obsess with them.
I introduce and lend the books to friends.

Sometime in 2008: Talk of a movie is surfacing on the web. I get excited but don't follow every single information that does appear.

again sometime in 2008: I stumble across the info that Kristen S will be playing Bella. Meh I don't really care who plays her. I want
to know who play Edward.

a little later in 2008: shock horror as I discover Robert P is cast as Edward. i don't like the choice but find it comforting that he's at least read
the books :/

Summer 2008: BOOM it happens. Twilight is mentioned/featured on every channel, youtube channel, livejournal.
At first it's cool that new fans are getting to know these books.

Release of Breaking Dawn: I remember being excited about this book. I refused to go on holiday without it (seriously I told my dad not to book my flight before August!) I rushed out, bought it, started reading on the bus home......finished it....hated it. :(

"Oh well, at least the other three books were alright." I thought.

All of a sudden the book takes a nasty turn and the fandom goes batshitcrazy over Twilight!! WTF??!
I see TWATLIGHT being mentioned everywhere, there are articles online bashing the book (which is fine in small amounts but it got kinda
crazy as soon as the movie/kast book came out)

Christmas 2008: I'm worried about mentioning to anyone that I am a Twilight fan. People will look at you funny, think you're joining
the bandwagon and that you WANTEDWARDSPARKLE!! >___<

so thanks TWIHARDS for ruining this fandom :(
and YAY for the old Twilight fans who don't obsesses but like the books and story for what it is and not what it's become :)

I missed the UK screening (back in September XD) but if it ever comes out on dvd

I don't blog enough :(
I'm ridiculously lazy, living the student life and trying to find some money to go out every weekend =D

Couple of things that have been on my mind:

- Supernatural season 4 is fucking amazing!
I was one of those fans who found Season 3 good but then again we've seen better seasons (1 and 2).
Thank God the producers decided to go back to their roots, bringing in old stories, tying up loose ends
and all in all making the show a mindblowing ride!! ^__^
screw that hiatus though :P *boohiss*

- Obama
My mum stayed awake all night to watch the election. She texted me at 7:30 in the morning,twice XD
I read the message, went back to sleep and had a dream about Obama.
I was in the crowd, it had been announced that he had won and I was crying like a baby. :)
Great dream.

- Music
Last week we performed 'All my Life' by the Foo Fighters, I was nervious (mostly because of the screaming XD)
But I got amazing feedback from all the teachers, they even said I was the best of the session which made me very proud.
This week we sing 'If I ain't got you' by Alicia Keys, I am very nervous because quite frankly it's a difficult song and I am feeling ill :(
I shall be drinking tea with honey all day.

- CARNAGE
It's this huge student thing were we all buy t-shirts for £8 and go out to most of the bars around our town together,
It should be fun, I know a lot of people who are going and it will be great to finally go out after all the hard work I've been doing.

Can't wait for America's Next Top Model finale in just 2 weeks =D

Lately I've taken a dislike to socialising online. I'm alost never online anymore, that means:

1. No photoshop
2. No livejournal
3. No forums (PC,300dpi)
4. No funny msn messenger convos :(

I just come home, eat, learn, sleep and get up the next day again.
I'm really loving my course (singing) and I have to perform a different song every week.
We were put into bands (so one singer,one bassist,two guitarists and one drummer)
My band rocks!! We give ourselves a new band name every week.
Last week we called ourselves THE RANDYLIONS! XD
So far we've performed

Week 1: Jimmy Hendrix - Let the good times roll
Week 2: Walk this way - Aerosmith feat Run DMC
Week 3: Easy Lover - Phil Collins and Phillip Bailey
Week 4: Valerie - Amy Winehouse
Week 5: Black Dog - Led Zepellin

so far they all went pretty okay :)

My mum found a lump in her breast a couple of weeks ago.
We finally went to the hospital for tests and xrays today.
She is healthy and there's nothing to be worried about.
I thank God for not taking her away before her time.

It seems like I'm spending more time away than at home.
On Wednesday I'm off to Italy for about 9 days to visit my grandma.

I shall miss all your awesome posts :(
I do love reading all of your journals, but lately I just don't post in my own XD
